Bluff City Canoe Club Guided with David Haggard To register for this event, you need to contact the Reelfoot State Park office at  (731) 253-9652 or email either  Vanessa.Henson@tn.gov or David.Haggard@tn.gov and tell them you are are registering for the Bluff Canoe Club Guide Tour on May 7th.   The Park has 8 canoes and 6 kayaks available for rent.  Each person would have to pay $20 plus tax for a total 21.95.  Yes, each person in a canoe pays the fee.  If needed, the Reelfoot Preservation Permit($3.50) is now required for all trips on the water. Reelfoot does not collect this fee.  But you can get it ahead of time if you feel it is needed.  It could be purchased at a store across from the visitor center.  It is needed, per the TWRA, for adults 16-62 unless you have the sportsman or lifetime fishing license or have already bought it.  After the trip, we will eat dinner at Boyette's.  If you feel inclined, bring a few dollars for a tip to thank David for his time.
